Refund policy
All sales are final.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
We will replace or refund an item if:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item leaked during shipping.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Allergic reactions (ingredients are listed before purchase)
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked delivered
