Shipping policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days depending on the shipping option selected.
- Shipping Confirmation: Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
- Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, the business is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers should contact the shipping carrier first.
- Damaged Packages:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
