Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days depending on the shipping option selected.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, the business is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • Customers should contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Damaged Packages:
    • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Delays:
    • Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
